Planning your lobby ahead of time

by Hugh Martin on 2007-06-07 07:58:29 - Email This

I am finding more and more that companies, besides clinics and hospitals, are thinking about children in their lobbies during planning and construction of new buildings.  Instead of being an afterthought, Waiting Room Toys are now part of the space planning process for the lobby.

These features can often extend beyond toys to kid's furniture, play mats, kid's bookshelves and 'fun' audio/visual cabinets.

It sure is a good idea to plan for these items instead of cramming them in afterwards.  You will also make a great impression on whoever comes in after you open when they see that you have taken THEIR children into consideration.

Kuddo's on the forethought!
