Can you mail me a catalog?

Actually, no, but there are a couple of good reasons for that.  First, this site is a compilation of the most popular items from a number of the best manufacturers, so it is difficult to provide catalogs from all of them.  Secondly, catalogs are expensive and if our costs are lower, so are yours.

Where does FREE SHIPPING apply to?

Free shipping is available anywhere in the continental United States.
Shipping to Canada is available for not much extra.
If you are outside of the mainland U.S., please contact us prior to order and we will be able to quote you quite accurate shipping rates.

Are these all the items you carry for Waiting Room Toys?

Not at all.  Our online catalog will continue to grow as new products come onto the market.  If you are looking for something specific, please use the Contact Us link at the top right of the page and send us your inquiry.  We promise to get back to you quickly.

Can I buy online here using my Purchase Order # ?

Yes, you can, but that requires the following:

1. Use the Contact Us link to email us and make the request.
2. Fill out the 1-page Credit Application so that we may set you up as a customer in our system and establish an account for you.

That's it.  Not too bad really, is it?  This is a one-time procedure and should only take 1 - 2 days at the most to complete. 

 Will you ship internationally?

Yes, we can.  Please contact us directly in this case rather than ordering online so we can generate a shipping estimate for you.  You will want to factor that cost into your decision to buy, and we'll be happy to help with that.
